Based upon an ancient Saxon treasure hoard amulet found in England a very long time ago.

The Triskelion is the most ancient of all symbols, representing a portal to the Aetheric realm, and the embodiment of the thunderstorm, the whirlwind energy of creation itself. This amulet bridges both the water element with that of fire. The silver and triskelion represent water, ruled by Luna, and connect the wearer to the ocean. With the golden dragon and garnet connecting the wearer to the fire element, ruled by the sun.

This amulet when worn is a potent protection amulet, which harnesses the vortex energy via its geometry to create an enveloping toroidal field of protective energy around the wearer, able to negate and transmute negative influences on the wearer into positive and beneficial energies.

The amulet is hand forged from 999 fine silver, with a hand engraved triskelion featuring small dragon heads in the spiral arms. The motif has been gilded with pure 24k gold via the Korean Keum Boo technique, applying thick gold foil with heat and pressure. The amulet has been blackened for contrast, with a small 1mm red garnet set in the centre with a triple point flush setting. The jump ring is forged from pure coiled silver.

This amulet is designed to age with the wearer, during heavy use or rubbing, the patina will fade to pure white of the silver, and the gold on the front will wear back to silver. Over time, the pendant will one day become fully white, representing its work is complete in protecting the user.
